Mr. Li Peijie, Senior R&D Director of 3A Company Consultants, shared "Lean Integrated Product Development". Mr. Li understood lean development from the perspective of business operations and explored the attributes, benefits, customer value and market competitiveness of products, R&D innovation and management.
Subsequently, 7 outstanding projects recommended by the 9 lean groups of the Group's Lean Management Committee were shared through PK in the form of cross talk, multi-person sketches and other interpretations. In addition, this meeting also commended individuals and teams with outstanding performance. A total of 1 outstanding lean team, 38 outstanding individuals and 9 outstanding groups of lean management activity projects were commended.
