In September, we celebrated the 41st Teachers' Day, marking the 12th since the establishment of the Frog Prince Academy. On the afternoon of September 10, 2025, the Frog Prince Academy held a Teachers' Day event themed "Teachers' Ingenuity, Wisdom Leads the Future." Academy leaders and all instructors gathered to celebrate the holiday, discuss growth, and forge ahead together.

At the beginning of the event, Frog Prince Academy's Executive Director, Ge Xiaohua, delivered an opening speech. He emphasized the importance of mentorship and legacy to the long-term success of a company and reviewed the Academy's remarkable achievements over the past year: from establishing learning maps for key positions to implementing strategic projects such as the "Perfumer Training Program" and the "Vietnamese Language Specialty Program"; from co-founding the "Marketing Innovation Experimental Class" with Xiamen University of Technology to being invited to share "Management Communication Models" at Longjiang Night School. Each breakthrough was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the instructors and mentoring team. President Ge also highlighted the launch and implementation of the Frog Prince Enterprise Mentoring System, emphasizing the contemporary trends of "new productivity" and "digital transformation." He called on mentors to embody the spirit of "passing on knowledge, helping others, and guiding others" to become knowledge transmitters, cultural inheritors, and career guides.

Afterwards, to further improve talent development mechanisms, Cao Gaojun, Director of the Frog Prince Research Institute Training Center, unveiled and explained the Institute's latest "Mentor Empowerment System" and "Mentoring System Plan," providing systematic and scientific guidance for mentors' teaching.

The event was packed with exciting segments, interspersed with multiple rounds of raffles and numerous surprises, creating a lively atmosphere. In the "Mentoring Difficulties Workshop," groups engaged in in-depth discussions and sharing on four core topics. Instructors, drawing on their practical frontline experience, proposed a series of innovative and practical teaching methods and solutions. Furthermore, the Frog Prince Research Institute learning platform has been comprehensively upgraded with AI features, providing instructors with even more powerful support in curriculum development and scenario-specific practice.

The event also included a lecturer promotion ceremony, with nine trainee lecturers promoted to junior lecturers, one lecturer promoted to intermediate lecturer, and one lecturer promoted to senior lecturer. Four outstanding lecturers were recognized at the ceremony for their outstanding performance over the past year.

Finally, Li Zhenhui, Chairman of Frog Prince Group and Honorary Dean of Frog Prince Research Institute, delivered a closing speech.
