The course "Press Pump Production Process and Cost Analysis" has been launched in Frog Prince Research School
In order to improve the level of awareness of employees in relevant positions about press pumps, on April 26, 2024, Frog Prince Research School conducted the course training on "Press Pump Production Process and Cost Analysis". Lin Rui from the Supply Chain Management Center was the main lecturer of this training.
At the beginning of the training, Mr. Lin first introduced the basic knowledge of press pumps, including their functions, principles, classifications, and related knowledge such as matching containers and available contents. According to the characteristics and applicable scenarios of different types of press pumps, physical samples were displayed on site to help trainees better understand the application of press pumps in cosmetics production.
In the cost analysis session, Mr. Lin combined the market situation and the actual situation of the enterprise to explain in detail the cost structure and price influencing factors of press pumps. He said that factors such as raw material cost, material quality, pump head style weight, pump head production capacity and market demand will affect the price of press pumps.
